Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain day to day accounting operations including Cheque, Cash Book, Sales, Purchase, and Collection posting in software.
Maintain Daily Payment Budget, cash Collection, and Banking Operation.
Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, Ledger and different register to Finance & Accounts.
Maintain of Bank Register and Cash Book.
Ckecking the bills vouchers for Payment and Adjustment with provisional journal entry.
Preparation of all kinds of vouchers. Input account-related different Journal to SAP.
Maintain Cash & All bank Transactions Posting SAP.
Follow up Banking Transactions and prepare All Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain & Disburse Company all salary & other allowance.
Reporting Salary Statements required by the Management.
Checking of daily & monthly Consumption vs. Production reports.
Preparation of timely based accounts as Financial Statement.
Take control of Physical Inventory and ensure to Accounts on time.
Assistance and Monitoring in Payment.
