∎ We are looking for a Finance Executive to perform Financial audits, Budget & Budgetary Control & the Companies Act.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the preparation of periodical financial statements with accuracy and quality within the deadline and ensure that those comply with concerning regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain all financial records and books of accounts and preserved supporting documents.
∎ Maintain Petty cash, party ledger, monthly basis actual provision and settlement as well as inventory management and year-end stock taking.
∎ Prepare and maintain all types of vouchers, cash books, payroll entries, bill registers, ledgers & different registers related to Finance
∎ In-depth management reporting
∎ Bank reconciliation
∎ Managing transactions with customers using cash register
∎ Ensuring adequate control structures over transfer and investment of funds.
∎ Have to perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors.
