Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com./M.Com. preferably MBA (Finance/Accounting).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts;
∎ Preparation of Financial statement, income statement monthly, quarterly, half-yearly;
∎ Keeping records of all sales transactions per unit basis;
∎ Ensure VDS & TDS deduction from bill as per VAT & Tax compliance and resolve issues;
∎ Maintain fixed asset documentation as per accounts;
∎ Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, and Doctor wise product grid;
∎ Prepare a monthly performance report and submit it to the management;
∎ Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses;
∎ Assist the procurement team to procure necessary items;
∎ Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports;
∎ Drafting summary reports concerning key issues upper executives need to review;
∎ Assigning projects to departments and overseeing productivity;
∎ Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol;
∎ Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management;
∎ Maintain the financial health of the organization;
∎ Manage the preparation of the company's budget;
∎ Any other responsibility given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Hospital.
