∎ Demonstrate a proactive approach and strong analytical abilities to contribute to decision-making processes.
∎ Sufficient knowledge of accounting procedures such as billing and reconciliation.
∎ Knowledge of advanced-level spreadsheets and working knowledge of data analysis software and tools.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks with multitasking ability.
∎ Uphold ethical standards & maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

∎ Generate Sales Invoices and Transmission Certificates.
∎ Recording sales & collection transactions in the Accounting Software.
∎ Reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations & company policies.
∎ Maintain effective communication with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
∎ Actively participate in ongoing initiatives to enhance and refine processes.
