Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Knowledge of finance, accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Adequate knowledge of local Tax and VAT rules.
Details minded, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
Computer literacy: MS Office and handling Accounting based software
Responsibilities & Context:
- Checking all local bill related and necessary cash settlement.
- Checking local supplier bill for ensuring the accurate payment.
- Prepare Bank voucher for arranging the supplier payment within the departmental time frame.
- Prepare Payments & Settlement of official IOU & Memo with approval from related authority.
- Prepare Cash voucher, Bank voucher and Journal vouchers related to C&F, Freight, courier and other bills for provision.
- Maintain Petty cash for daily official expenses.
- Ensure data entry in the general ledger related to cash, bank & others (Accounting system DAS)
- Preparation of Tax & Vat Challan Statement for ensuring the payment within the time.
- Prepare Bank reconciliation statement monthly basis.
- Prepare accrued statement on monthly basis.
