Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clear knowledge on Tax and VAT Accounts preparation knowledge (PL, balance Sheet, Cash flow)
∎ Check Invoice with proper documents provided by party and make Accounting Treatment
∎ Make Voucher & Cheque for party payment and internal payment
∎ Maintain Petty Cash Register Advance Register & Cheque Register
∎ Prepare the Cash Management Report (Monthly 03 Times) Month Closing all Accounting Entry for Monthly Financial Statement
∎ Prepare the quarterly Foreign Direct Investment Return
∎ Prepare the yearly 108, 108A report to Tax Office.
∎ Coordinate to Consultant to prepare the yearly income tax return
∎ Coordinate to Consultant to prepare the yearly Transfer Pricing
∎ Report Dealing ERP related work Any other task assigning by management ERP software knowledge to maintain and communicate with Software company to solve the problem.
