Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Higher professional degrees or qualification in the relevant field will be preferred (CA/ ACCA).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the bills and vouchers submitted and accepted by the management are authentic and properly justified.
∎ Processing payments, verifying invoices and performing account reconciliations as needed.
∎ Compliance checking while processing the invoices with proper approval, payment in terms of purchase order/agreement.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS & VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the government treasury.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax related issues.
∎ Keeping transactional record at VAT management software.
∎ Supervise, check, and control commercial activities relating to Import through LC.
∎ Liaison with Banks, external vendors for supplier balance confirmation.
∎ Maintain daily bank book and responsible for month-end reporting.
∎ Reconcile Bank statement with manual cash book.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Income Tax act, VAT Act, Company Act, Corporate Governance, Customs Act, L/C discounting and factoring etc.
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system (SAP/ ERP/ Peachtree etc).
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Solid Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
