Responsibilities & Context:
Order follow up, material sourcing, capacity booking.
New business development.
Over-due follow up/reminder.
Un-shipment follow up/reminder.
Customer visit, projection & competitor information collection.
Reporting to management.
Daily/monthly/yearly sales and receiving forecast.
Effective communication between internal departments.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
