Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have experience in the garment division.
∎ Must have good knowledge for fabric, accessories and all kind of knit marketing.
∎ Must have to have the capacity to recruit the new dealers and depots in the responsible area.
∎ Properly executing the company’s given instructions and directions time to time.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers.
∎ Independently handle activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation, and sourcing.
∎ Liaise with buyers for order booking, processing, follow-up, and export planning.
∎ Play a leading role in long-term planning and operational excellence initiatives.
∎ Oversee team activities, evaluate performance, and identify strengths and weaknesses.
∎ Drive the use of digital tools for garment technical processes and automation.
∎ Contribute to the sustainability agenda and meet business sustainability targets.
