∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive for Export section in the Commercial department.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ To make a booking packing list to submit booking in the buyer/ forwarder portal after collecting the packing list from the factory.
∎ To prepare the vessel booking & approval schedule based on total monthly orders.
∎ Able to make export documentation for SEA/AIR/ROAD.
∎ To make email correspondence with buyer/buying agent/freight forwarder/shipping line/C & F agent/concerned marketing official and concerned officials of Factory and head office.
∎ To follow up and monitor all works between the export consignment dispatching and its arrival at Chittagong port.
∎ Able to handle all logistics activities related to GSP, COO, AFTA, SAFTA, etc.
∎ Able to make statements or reports which are assigned by the reporting senior.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
