Must have knowledge on all sorts of Export documents
Well conversant to work with Bangladesh customs and other regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing of product
Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently
Prepare Monthly/Periodical/Annual Export Statement, Support banking formalities, Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies, shipping line and C & F agent selection with best competitive rate
Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export
Perform other duties, which are work-related, as assigned by Department Head
