∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Environmental Science/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from any reputed public university.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Biological ETP, ETP in Textile Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfill the requirements of Environment module of Higg Index FEM 3.0
∎ Prepare Internal EMS audit checklist as per environmental legal and buyer requirement
∎ Arrange ETP water test from Department of Environment (DoE) and ZDHC/Detox Water report from ZDHC accredited testing laboratory
∎ Regular ETP ZDHC wastewater parameter testing: - COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, EC, pH, Color etc.
∎ Monitoring biological process and report to ETP manager by checking Biological process control parameters: - MLSS, MLVSS, F:M ratio, SV30, SVI, Total Nitrate, Total Phosphate
∎ Monitoring the operation of filter press
∎ Monitoring sludge management and keep register for sludge disposal
∎ Conduct calibration operation for lab apparatus
∎ Collect and organize data (energy, water consumption and production data) for the calculation of CO2 according to buyer requirement
∎ Monitor ETP wastewater discharge, evaluate the environmental parameters as per DOE standard and achieve ZDHC Wastewater guideline 2016 standard
∎ Make action plan to improve the parameter of environment based on environmental assessment
∎ Regular monitoring of temperature, noise, humidity, waste etc.
∎ Apply buyer wise environmental standards to the factory
∎ Implementation of RSL and MRSL requirements from different buyers
∎ Checking SDS, TDS and Certificates/CoA for every chemicals and dyes.
∎ Conduct HIRA and product safety risk assessment
∎ Prepare policy on environment management system, safe chemical handling and waste management policy
∎ Face various types of audits regarding environmental issues
∎ Prepare monthly KPI report
∎ Attend the chemical & Environmental related meetings/seminars
∎ Train workers on environment, health & safety, wastage management and proper chemical handling
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office/MS-Excel/Power point/MS-Project
