∎ Order process as per customer demand & time line set by organization.
∎ Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for online queries.
∎ Manage & Respond to customer queries in social media platforms on a regular basis
∎ Consult with Customers while they share their handset problems through vivo online platform and provide proper solution
∎ Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer concerns
