Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Sales and Marketing, facebook message reply, MSWord, Order taking, Picture retouch and upload to website, Website maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
∎ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
∎ Maintain Company's Facebook Page, Website and other social Medias.
∎ Responsible for all applicable order delivery, cancellations and returns management in e-Commerce system.
∎ Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
∎ Building an outstanding relationship with our customers through regular and proper follow-ups.
∎ Ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction and monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
∎ Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
∎ Ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for online queries.
∎ Monitor stock levels and analyze web sales versus store performance.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
∎ Conduct market analysis and stay updated on e-commerce business dynamics, including consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Monitor day-to-day sales performance for online sales channels and ensure that short-term and long-term targets are being met.
∎ Execute and monitor daily e-commerce sales and operations, working closely with related teams to manage stock allocation, pricing, planning, and campaign management, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual e-commerce targets.
∎ Responsible for the e-Commerce management and checks across all digital touch points.
