∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic `Executive - Distribution` for meaningful contribution to reach the organization`s goal. The Primary Workplace is at the assigned field route, Work at the office is as required.
∎ Our Parent Company "ANH Group" has different organizations across the country like SRD Limited, RAY Bangladesh, Agro Limited, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stores & Inventory management, coordination with sales & distribution dept., facility selection for set up new dealer/depot, prepare yearly budget for distribution dept., prepare SOPs for distribution department
∎ Ensure nationwide smooth distribution & customer service through depots/dealers /traders
∎ Monitor the inventory level and allocate stock for all depot(s)/dealer points to meet up uninterrupted product supply to the customers
∎ Coordination with Sales, Accounts & Finance, Marketing and Production department
∎ Reconcile national sales proceeds & stock and maintain it without any deviation
∎ Develop various reports for Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Finance and distribution dept.
∎ Submit weekly, monthly, yearly requisition of products and maintain minimum stock level
∎ Prepare cost-effective route plan & priority set up for product supplies to the sellers and customers, develop self-monitoring system to reduce distribution cost and minimize return, even visit different markets if required for the justification of the delivery cost
∎ Responsible for the depot/dealer administration and maintenance of deport assets & vehicles
∎ Create a plan with the sales team after understanding the demand capacity necessity to manage sales volume
∎ Coordinate any promotional activities with the sales team, accounts & finance (at least relating to VAT issues) and plant stock management
∎ Be an expert at MS Office Packages, specially MS Excel and other software(s) related to distribution
