Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Business Development, Business Growth, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, gap analysis and corrective plan, Operation, People Management, Planning and organizing, Revenue Generation, Team management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute the company's business strategies for Sales, Marketing, Credit Realization, Loan, Registration and Land department in order to attain the goals of the organization.
∎ Meet the company's revenues & profit as per ABP target.
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders and business partners in terms of Revenue.
∎ Ensure and oversee company's financial performances, investments & other business ventures.
∎ Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities and conduct performance appraisal.
∎ Continuous monitoring the annual budget regarding revenue and if required revising the operational policies & guidelines for revenue to achieve ABP.
∎ Any other task assign by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 (Five) years' experiences in similar position and at least 15 years' of relevant experience is required.
∎ A proven track record of successfully managing revenue operations team.
∎ A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Strong crisis/conflict medication skills.
