Educational Requirements:
∎ Advanced degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or Social Sciences. A PhD degree will have added advantage.

KIDS is a mission-driven, leader in research, development, capacity building, program implementation, M&E and consultancy services, broadly in the fields of economic development, sectoral policies, agriculture, food security, health, social and environment towards delivering solutions to public and private sector clients.
∎ KIDS is searching for an Executive Director with a proven track record of leadership in the senior management position. Should have wide experience and skill of writing research reports, publications, project proposal and consultancy services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ 10+ years working experience in senior management position of public, private or International Organizations.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal relationship with high communication skill.
∎ Experience in project development, marketing, and fundraising is desirable.
∎ Should have entrepreneurial mindset, with innovative approach to business planning and consultancy services.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commensurate with professional experience and skill.
