• Age At least 45 years

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan aligned with organizational objectives.

• Lead and supervise the internal audit team to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.

• Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems across factories and head office.

• Conduct audits on financial statements, inventory management, payroll, procurement, and production processes.

• Report significant audit findings, control weaknesses, and risk exposures to the Audit Committee and Management.

• Recommend improvements for efficiency, cost control, and fraud prevention.

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities when necessary.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in audit methodologies and risk management processes.
