Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Preferable of B.Sc. in Computer Science (CSC).

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of video editing (for social media). 

  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital advertising.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (SEO, social media platforms).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across digital channels.

  • Create engaging and high-quality content designs for social media marketing (images and video ads).

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools).

  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Target-oriented with excellent negotiation skills assigned by the management.
