Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Candidates having an adequate experience in “Design and Sample Development” in ceramics industry will get preference. In such cases, education qualification/ discipline may be relaxed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Auto cad, 3ds max on Mac or Windows platform.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing new concept and sampling as per model size.
∎ Co-operate with shade matcher (Supervisor) when on running production.
∎ Developing punch model as per market demand.
∎ Sourcing new design concept from others sites and implement.
∎ Making new Design, Decor & Border for Digital, Inkjet, Screen Printing, Roto Printing.
∎ Working with different software for 4/6/8 colors profiling for Inkjet machine.
∎ Participating in career events and job fairs for the purpose of networking with potential candidates.
∎ Coordinating with laboratory officer to run the models when emergency production.
∎ Advising the shade matcher to throw better techniques apply for production.
∎ Discuss with shade matcher and recommending ways for improving the production.
∎ Finalize design among the selected and discussing with the concerned line Manager.
