∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): call centre executive, Customer Support/ Client Service, Ecommerce, online client handling, Telemarketing and direct sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure existing customers satisfaction and searching new customers over the phone calls and social media.
∎ Provide proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary solutions.
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Achieve the daily target.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
∎ Prepare various report on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
