Accounts and Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in Banking Section of CRM Dept.
∎ Daily payment checking from customers in online bank statements.
∎ Maintain and update cheque register from customers, trouble shoot to assist in releasing DO by speaking with concerned sales personnel and senior personnel of CRM.
∎ Bank and customer accounts reconciliation.
∎ Reporting to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Calm and composed nature - with the ability to work under continuous stress and be a team-player.
∎ Skilled in MS Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint amongst others) and good in business communication (i.e. Email correspondence, speaking with management in concise and effective manner).
∎ Good in basic mathematics and computation and preferably be street smart (should be able to learn to cope with various challenges of working with field level sales personnel).
∎ Should have strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and relevant regulations related to the law of the land when relating with Negotiable Instruments (e.g. NI Act - loopholes which may be exploited against the interest of our organization)
