Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet credit collection targets on monthly and yearly basis as planned
∎ Recover outstanding amounts rightfully and monitor periodic collection reviews
∎ Guide the sales team to encourage customers to avail of credit as per the company credit policy
∎ Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues
∎ Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients
