• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance or Accounting

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

1. Having good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
2. Sound knowledge in MS Office specially in MS Excel.
3. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost & Management Accounting, Cost and budget, Costing, Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing.
4. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacture, Pipe Industries.
5. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.

Hatim Furniture is one of the leading Company in the industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for a smart, intelligent and career-oriented person for the post of Jr. Executive (Costing). Who must have an interest in Costing Sector.

1. Collecting, analyzing data about company’s operational costs and reporting to management Setting standard cost of manufactured goods and performing variance analysis between standard and actual cost.

2. Advising upper management on appropriate costing based financial data.

3. Performing pre-production product pricing and analyzing actual cost after production and reconcile.

4. Setting and monitor annual budget and preparing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly variance analysis report along with product cost and profitability reports.

5. Reconcile standard cost and actual cost of production on monthly/ yearly basis.

6. Check and calculate Offer pricing for Tender, Corporate, Export and other requirement from sales forces.

7. Follow up and evaluating order wise rate, productivity and performance.

8. Prepare monthly factory performance report, analyzing production and cost with section wise segregation for top management.

9. Preparing pre order costing and monitor actual cost to prepare cost variance analysis between targeted and actual cost of production.

10. Prepare section wise cost analysis report for each cost center.

11. Prepare production plan evaluating production capacity and analysis variance with actual production.

12. Monitoring inventory movement, production and operational processes to find anomalies and prepare plan to overcome and control cost.

13. Ensure control over inventory, wastage and productivity at all levels of operation.

14. Prepare management information report as per management requirement and perform against target.

15. Monitor the overall activities of Sales collection and depot deposits thereon from the Head office to ensure better cash flow monitoring.

16. Support Landed Cost Calculation of Imported Raw/Packing Materials, Fixed Assets and Spare parts.
