  • Sales Candidate from Ceramic/Tiles company & Corporate sales person will get preference.

Job Context:

MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive for our Corporate Sales division.

This position requires dynamic individuals with strong understanding of industries & private organizational procurement processes and excellent sales skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in corporate sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Frequently visit private organization, group of companies, garments industries, factory, public & private university, EPZ, economic zone, BISIC & so on.

  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within government offices to understand their requirements and present our products and services effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with private organizations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support for industrial clients.

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients to identify any cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.

  • Stay updated with respective private organizational policies, regulations, and bidding processes to navigate and participate in tender processes related to the specified private project.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities in the sales to private organizations.

  • Any others job assigned by the Corporate Sales Head.
