Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ A - Level / NSU, IUB, BRAC, AIUB, EAST WEST, Graduate/ IELTS Band Score 5/6
∎ English background/medium education is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer quires and prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, etc.
∎ Capable of working on multi-sector Itineraries.
∎ Handling of B2B and corporate clients in line with their travel & tour requirements.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and discuss with the management for necessary measures
∎ To promote a sale, visit corporate and Travel Agent & tour customers.
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan and execute all target based digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sales, Customer Service, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing.
∎ Training on travel and tourism
∎ MUST BE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH & BANGLA LANGUAGE.
