Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export operation.
- Know how to open LC (Letter of Credit) & LC Amendment.
- Capable of doing all sorts of works related to Customs & Bond like preparing Utilization Declaration (UD), Utilization Permission (UP), and Chemical UD.
- Maintenance of In-Bond & Ex-Bond register
- Basic Knowledge in Computer and ERP
- Bonded warehouse, Bond, Bond certificate and Bond activity.
- Maintain all correspondence & Communication to the BKMEA/BGMEA, Customs, VAT Office, Bank and C&F verbally & through E-mail.
