Responsibilities & Context:
- Opening L/C(all kind of back to back), like opening ALL kind of chemical & Dyes.
- Communicate with shipping line, Forwarder & C&F people to release goods from Chittagong & Dhaka airport.
- Using off shore banking to opening L/C Maintain liaison with the concerned domestic and foreign authorities related to Export & Import.
- All commercial related documents & Deal with Bank regarding all the matters related to import & export like.
- Dealing with buyer's correspondence related to Import/ Export & Co-operation with shipping lines, forwarders, BEPZA and Customs in related to Imports/ Exports.
- Monitor FOB values of pending orders against imports to identify short-term finance requirements on a monthly basis
- Handling all kind of L/C related Documents, Banking and insurance function & sound knowledge about customs clearance documents and procedure
- Accepts extra duties as situations arise & works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors airs
- Resolving contractual and commercial problem & offering direction and instruction
