∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with delinquent Retail Loan borrowers and confirm the payment.
∎ Control forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ regularization in terms of No. of a/cs & volume.
∎ Maintain service levels within acceptable ranges, including customer service, especially to resolve problem at early stage of delinquencies.
∎ Achieve predefined target of PAR, NPL, Flow rate.
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by giving best services.
∎ Communicate with delinquent borrowers, borrower’s family members and guarantors through over phone/physical visit.
∎ To take initiative to update customer’s information (Phones, addresses) in the software system and to be firmed whether customers getting reminder letters or not.
∎ Ensure ‘No customer complaint’ environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge in Collection Negotiation Skill and related Collection Activities
∎ Must have product knowledge.
∎ Must have PC literacy.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ 1. Monthly Incentives
2. Allowances.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company Policy.
