Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide customer service over the phone.
∎ Responsible to handle callers' queries, complaints and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls.
∎ Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization.
∎ Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
∎ Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary.
∎ Support sales team by generating quality sales lead.
∎ Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Education: Minimum Bachelor degree (minimum CGPA-3:00), Both national & private universities. Results: No 3rd class will be allowed
∎ Experiences:
∎ Both Fresh graduate / Experiences of working at Alternate Banking Channels Division will get preference.
∎ Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
∎ Passionate about customer service.
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications
∎ Knowledge and Skills:
∎ Proactive, Passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Honest and carries high personal integrity.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
