Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Must have a proven record in Accounts and Cash.
- Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Tally ERP Software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Must have good typing skills (25-30 WPM)
- Fluency in Bengali is preferable
- Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Creating and processing invoices in Tally ERP software
Cross-checking bills and invoices including payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
Managing a company`s accounts payable and receivable
Maintain cash & relevant documentation
Tracking organization expenses Manage vouchers and receive cheque bills.
Providing data entry in Tally ERP
Preparing Reports using Tally software and Excel
Maintain daily bills, vouchers, and relevant documents.
