Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently manage cash transactions at the hospital's cash counter.
∎ Greet patients and visitors courteously, providing them with a positive experience during their interactions.
∎ Process payments for medical services, medical bills, and other transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Verify and reconcile cash transactions with receipts and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns from patients and visitors, resolving any issues or directing them to the appropriate department.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial procedures and protocols are followed.
∎ Maintain knowledge of hospital services, charges, and pricing information to assist patients with inquiries.
∎ Adhere to security measures to safeguard cash and confidential financial information.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash transactions and submit them to the management.

∎ Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
