Job Context:
∎ Job location - Farmgate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information to guests about the Tour Package and documents required for the country of visit.
∎ Liaison with hotels/Vendor and process hotel booking/Arrange Tour Package for various destinations
∎ Process additional services, if any
∎ Timely intimation to suppliers with regards to changes, if any
∎ Negotiate rates with suppliers for services taken on tour.
∎ The position requires providing efficient service towards the customers, agents and corporate while also supporting sales
∎ Make sure that customers are attended to correctly, understand their needs, give them proper advice and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are handled according to customers' needs.
∎ Smooth handling of other side coordinate group requests in support of the Sales team.
∎ Smooth handling of services, such as Visa, Ticket, Family Package, Group Package, Individual Package, Corporate Packages, good relations outside countries etc.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) are highly recomended : Holiday Packages, online travel agency, Travel Agency, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) are highly encouraged : Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Airline
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
∎ Knowledge of global travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
∎ Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
∎ A passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for clients.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Performance bonus
Sell Commission
