∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search, visit, analyze, possible locations along with line supervisor for new franchisee store and updating data on potential locations, property owner and the new franchisees for the expansion of the company Business.
∎ Maintain good relationship & day-to-day communication with existing franchisee and solve their query for smooth operation.
∎ He/she will analyze feasible ROI projection for New Stores Vs. actual business growth in periodical basis as per company/ franchisee's requirement as well as management requirement with the help of Line Supervisor.
∎ Coordinate with entire in house departments for operational process to be smooth. (e.g HR , Accounts, Product Department, Marketing etc.)
∎ Train concerned store staffs regarding primary information on franchisee recruitment for giving a positive impression to the business.
∎ Attend different type of trade fair from where business development department can get interested buyers /franchisee contacts.
∎ Visit sales centre every month to observe the interiors/exteriors, talk with staff about customer demand, and collect information on existing franchisee views about business and others.
∎ He/she needs to maintain a franchisee database consisting of interested franchisee contact information and status which is to be updated & presented to management on a weekly basis.
∎ He/she will maintain source wise different customer & potential/ interested customer data base and communicate the customer/ interested customer monthly and/or various occasions over phone & email.
∎ He/she will prepare various agreements, contract forms as per line supervisor guidelines along with company lawyer & arrange deed signing ceremony.
∎ Franchisee Meeting & demo should be presented and final agreement signing ceremony to be held as per the policy. Relevant decorations and other particulars to be approved from management.
∎ All existing franchisee file, information, communication should be preserved and kept in order. He/she will maintain franchisee wise files where all related important documents copy will be preserved as per business development policy. Scanned copy of all documents and preserve it in the server.
∎ Coordination meeting with all relevant department regarding store opening (Sub Franchisee/ Master Franchisee) for acknowledging action plan towards next store opening.
∎ He/she will work on store wise sales targets along with sales head and accounts personnel and submit the observations to management accordingly.
∎ He/she will plan & arrange back up operational & sales strategies for all store to ensure sustainable sales as well as profit to avoid loss in the stores.
∎ He/she will arrange training program for the newly recruited franchise to understand the business very well.
∎ Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, market scenario and operational strategies and communicate this to relevant departments as well as management for implementing necessary changes immediately with formal approval.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Stress taking ability, bear right mentality to finish projects within deadline. Able to show professionalism in most negative environment. A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise
