• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Airport Service

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Airport Service

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Should have good relations with the DGDP, Civil Aviation Authority, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Petrobangla (Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation), UN organization Procurement, and knowledge of tender bidding procedure.

• Should know about all activities for participating in tenders.

• Must know about the Tender Method; LTM, OTM, OSTEM, RFQ, IFT, ITT

• Provide support to management during the pre-tender / BOQ process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material. Equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.

• Enlistment at different Govt. or other sectors and also monitoring the EOI & RFP.

• Search and find related Tenders & Projects/ Opportunities in the selected Govt organizations & other organizations through, Newspapers, official website/EGP.

• Collaboration with overall Tender preparation work; Pre-work (specification level and other criteria), Pre-bid meeting, Documentation, tender submission, and tender work process.

• Must have advanced knowledge of E-GP and company tender preparation including market analysis, and price collection.

• Strong knowledge of preparing the BOQ, and cost analysis including cost segregation of materials, manpower, transportation, and others for construction-based tender.

• Collect the best price from the market, prepare the competitive dataset, and identify the best source for collecting the product.

• Sourcing the different materials as per the requirement of awarded contracts from the different sources and ensuring the delivery on time and quality.

• Should know to find the reliable manufacturer for import of any products.
