Job Context:
∎ Role Objective:
∎ Identifying new business opportunities
∎ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
∎ Preparing comprehensive proposals
∎ Gathering information of the current business trend

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire updated information regarding the current & upcoming business, global trends and economic trends.
∎ Preparing business analysis and business proposal on the basis of existing information.
∎ Accumulate market information for business case preparation.
∎ Attending business meetings with clients.
∎ Understanding the scope and availability of new business areas
∎ Researching and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities.
∎ Understanding the future perspective of the company and developing strategies for growth accordingly.
∎ Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company in long run.
∎ Finding out faults and loop holes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously.
∎ Interacting with the higher authorities of the company such as managers and directors and discuss business issues with them.
∎ Discussions with the clients which help in planning interesting business proposals which can be beneficial for the company and the clients.
∎ Prepare presentations for the company that can be present at the trade shows, to the clients, to the employees, conferences, etc.
∎ Maintaining continuous client relationships through client follow-up and responding to their queries is one of the most important part of a business development executive's job profile.
∎ Collect, assimilate and compile information on the market, its growth, competition, potential investment areas.

∎ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
∎ Frequent field visit
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
