Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exploration of new branding and trade marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility in the target market.
∎ Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales materials to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
∎ Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager and support Market executions
∎ Create and maintain activity calendar of trade marketing through working with the both Sales & Marketing team
∎ Implement and track Trade Marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets
∎ Communicate with dealers, retailers (Pocket Market) to collect market information throw-out the country to explore different idea to implement branding & Trade Marketing activities
∎ Distribution of POSM materials and negotiate with traders on promotional display and merchandise placement
∎ Database making for Dealers / Retailers / Fitters / Plumbers (Market wise & area wise)
∎ Prepare market report (monthly) with up to date market information
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ An eye for detail, analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ A flexible approach to work
∎ the ability to work well under pressure
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well Conversant in MS-Office & Strong knowledge in MS-Power Point Presentation
