∎ To provide result-oriented activation and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people. To implement BTL marketing activity to increase brand visibility in the target market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in planning, implementing and promoting a yearly marketing method
∎ Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies.
∎ Plan & manage the periodic Ground Activation & Promotions.
∎ Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions
∎ Plan and implement special marketing programs according to the above plan
∎ Understand marketing and commercial sectors' goals and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs
∎ Monitoring market activities (rivals).
∎ Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Experienced candidates will be given preference.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
