Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any UGC approved institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Activation Management, Brand Management, BTL Marketing, Sponsorship Program
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tracking for BTL and TTL activity for the Brand.
∎ Close monitor Creative Team and Events team execution plan.
∎ Manage the creative team task activity and monitor the smooth process.
∎ Craft annual BTL plan in alignment with marketing lead, campaign design to support;
∎ Identify potential activation place such as Indoor and Outdoor including public gathering places. Examples: shopping malls, Corporate Houses, Residential areas, Park, Educational institutes and others.
∎ Responsible for Event Marketing and Sponsorship, and partnership roll-out.
∎ Interact with vendors to prepare artwork POS & Brochures, and Banner as per marketing plan
∎ Monitoring logistics of relevant materials to be sent across various locations related to trade/brand activities
∎ Conduct Marketing Research and Surveys for the brand.
∎ Regular Brach visits for the Brand to generate sales ideas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.
∎ Mind set-up to working in field.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Mail.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
