Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the earliest member of REHAB in Bangladesh for quality in service, design and construction of buildings. Over the years, we have expanded our operations from Dhaka to Chattogram. The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ We are looking for a brand executive who will manages campaigns, social media strategy, and public image of a brand or person. He/She`s duties include performing research on competition in the market, developing campaigns and marketing strategies, liaising between creative and account departments, and overseeing the design and implementation of new brand concepts. A career as a brand executive requires you have some formal qualifications and education, typically a bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and several years of experience in a marketing environment, preferably with a focus on brand messaging and strategy. To pursue this career you should seek out jobs and responsibilities that will give you opportunities to practices skills in team building, ideating for large-scale campaigns, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mange and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eyes.
∎ Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising agency.
∎ Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and
∎ Achieve annual operating plan goals.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
∎ Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
∎ Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
∎ Prepare Event calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with sales Team.
∎ Organize Seminars, Event, Promotional Activities etc. ensuring effective engagement with the target
∎ group.
∎ Propose POSM items & other outdoor advertisements to meet expected outcome from target markets Of assigned region/ division.
∎ Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
∎ Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role/ Excellent communication skills both Bengali and English/ strong organizational and time management abilities/ Creativity and commercial awareness/ Ability to handle pressure/ work meet deadline/ travel frequently/ age 25 to 30 years.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
