Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
  • Graduated from an English medium background, with O Level & A Level credentials (required).
  • Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written; IELTS qualification preferred

Qualifications:.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and client communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and efficient in handling responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our Bookkeeping Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent English communication skills, and academic experience in the English medium (O Level & A Level), with a preference for candidates holding an IELTS qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Prepare and assist in the analysis of financial statements and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.

Client Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding bookkeeping services and deliverables.

  • Understand individual client requirements and adapt solutions accordingly.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Process & Operations:

  • Assist in developing efficient bookkeeping processes and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

  • Utilize accounting software to optimize productivity and data accuracy.

  • Stay updated with changes and best practices in bookkeeping and BPO operations.

Collaboration:

  • Work cooperatively with senior staff, peers, and other departments to deliver high-quality work.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
