• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Selling Corporate Sales goals and developing corporate sales strategies. 

• Selling all residential & commercial product of Biophilic Builders Ltd and Biophilic Brokerage.

• Promote real estate projects and services to potential customers.

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.·        

• Visit project sites with clients and ensure client satisfaction.

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.

• Provide regular reports and updates to top management.

• Organize marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Follow up with clients regularly to build strong relationships.

• Visit different organizations to create new customer leads.

• Maintain client records and documentation.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.

• Update CRM regularly.

• Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to supervision regular basis.
