∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ At most 1-2 years working experience in Receivables
∎ Experience in handling large amounts of data.
∎ Clear Understanding of VDS and TDS.
∎ Experience working with product teams.
∎ Clear understanding and experience of system-based Data reconciliation.
∎ Good Excel experience.
∎ Experience in Startup/e-commerce will be considered an advantage.
∎ At most 1-2 years working experience in Receivables

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reconcile monthly system data with receivable collection through the bank ledger
∎ Prepare Monthly Outstanding Receivables Amount.
∎ Maintain, Monitor, and Review the Receivable Ledger on a real-time basis.
∎ Review the Deduction Amount and get acknowledgment from the concerned party.
∎ Ensure Proper Adjustment regarding Withholding issues.
∎ Working with the product team for billing automation for real-time visibility of accounts receivable.
∎ Clear understanding of TDS & VDS.
∎ Clear understanding and experience of system-based data reconciliation.
∎ Able to work independently
