∎ Minimum graduate in any discipline from a reputed University/ Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy;
∎ Identify patient correctly registration, Name/ Age/Date of birth and other information as requirement.
∎ Receive, check and sign for floats, key and other paperwork as required for operating a point of payment.
∎ Inform the patient of the amount due; process the transaction in appropriate manner.
∎ Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations, pharmacy & Health check.
∎ Collect the dues in cash or by credit card and guide the patients to get the service.
∎ Always thanks customer after completing formalities.
∎ Provide information to the patients regarding clinical services and tariff of Labaid.
∎ Declare all money collected from the patients & deposit the money to the authorized person.
∎ Ensure the accountability for the safekeeping of the cash float.
∎ Operate and maintain all equipment in correct manner and report any malfunction.
∎ Listen to the patient queries/ complaint and address the issue by yourself
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of practical experience;
∎ Practical work experience in relevant field preferably in hospital or diagnostic center.
∎ Understanding cash collection mechanism.
∎ Knowledge on necessary arithmetical skills.
∎ Ability to handle customer.
∎ Computer skill in MS word, Excel
