Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Commerce/Engineering or any other relevant area
∎ Preferable to have minimum 1-2 years' experience in ISP/IIG/Pay TV/Telecom industry
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, data entry and billing software programs is must
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of invoices and bills for wholesale and corporate customers by software or other tools
∎ Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bills
∎ Ensure invoices are processed accurately for services at contracted rates and proactively address all discrepancies in a timely manner
∎ Ensures inventory and stock update related with set top box, adaptor and other accessories for the operational areas/entities
∎ Drafts and distributes weekly/monthly reports as per department need
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Billing, Revenue,ISP,IIG,Telecom
∎ Candidate will be proficient in written and verbal communications in English
∎ Highly self-motivated and directed
∎ Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
∎ Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
∎ Very strong customer service orientation
∎ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
∎ Strong analytical/logical approach to systems support.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
∎ Operating within a dynamic team and fast moving industry environment
∎ Willing to work on shift, public holiday and weekend
∎ Must be willing to work long hours when the need arises
