Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Ensure the compliance, effectiveness & acceptability of the policies and standards of the company.
∎ 2.Review the existing operational flows and projects activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ 3.Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ 4.Verify process and documentations to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong payments.
∎ 5.Pre and post audit (verification) of bill, voucher and quotation including special investigation with frequent market and running site visit.
∎ 6.Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.
∎ 7.Preparation of Financial, Non-Financial and analytical audit reports.
∎ 8.Reporting to the line manager on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ 9.To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ 1.CACC will get preference .
∎ 2.Process Mapping (SOP development).
∎ 3.Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ 4.Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ 5.Frequent travel is required to conduct audit at each project.
∎ 6.Should possess knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
