Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive, Audit (Electronics Plaza/Showroom) to conduct operational, financial, and inventory audits across showrooms. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, verifying transactions and stock records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be willing to travel as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of electronics plazas and showrooms.

  • Verify cash transactions, sales records, inventory, and stock movements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks, and report findings to management.

  • Audit procurement, production, sales, commercial and supply chain activities to identify irregularities and operational gaps.

  • Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.

  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

  • Coordinate with showroom and plaza management to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Assist in special audits and investigations as assigned.
