Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

  • Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA) – Partly Qualified or Qualified will be preferred.

  • Experience in a large corporate group or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose

The Cluster Cost Analyzer – Budget & Performance will be responsible for monitoring budget utilization, analyzing financial performance, supporting planning and forecasting processes, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance across assigned Strategic Business Units (SBUs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor budget performance across assigned SBUs and functions against approved budgets.

  • Analyze budget variances and identify key drivers impacting financial performance.

  • Prepare monthly Budget vs. Actual reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.

  • Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and periodic reforecasting exercises.

  • Track KPI performance and highlight areas requiring management attention.

  • Ensure timely submission, consolidation, and validation of budget and performance data.

  • Recommend corrective actions to improve budget adherence and financial performance.

  • Coordinate with SBU Finance, Operations, and Functional Heads to ensure effective budget monitoring and performance management.
