Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the compliance, effectiveness & acceptability of the policies and standards of the company.
∎ Review the existing operational flows and projects activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
∎ Verify process and documentations to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong payments.
∎ Pre and post audit (verification) of bill, voucher and quotation including special investigation with frequent market and running site visit.
∎ Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items.
∎ Preparation of Financial, Non-Financial and analytical audit reports.
∎ Reporting to the line manager on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ CACC will get preference .
∎ Process Mapping (SOP development).
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Frequent travel is required to conduct audit at each project.
∎ Should possess knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
