Catalyst Solutions is a multi-national company working based in the USA & Canada, catering to the top 10 marketing research and analytics companies in the world, looking for an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director with well-proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain the MD’s schedule, organize appointments, and manage meeting logistics.
Provide regular updates and reminders regarding upcoming events and deadlines.
Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action plans.
Draft executive-level reports, secretarial notes, and internal communications.
Track progress on decisions and pending tasks assigned by the MD.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of directives.
Ensure controlled access and proper documentation of confidential records.
Act as a point of contact for government and non-government organizations.
Facilitate official correspondence, documentation, and communication flow.
Manage accurate and timely flow of critical information to and from the MD’s office.
Lead the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including planning and execution.
Track daily expenses and prepare financial summaries (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Maintain inventory of office supplies and oversee resource utilization.
Screen calls, manage correspondence, and direct inquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
Organize travel itineraries for MD
Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to the role given by the Managing Director.
